    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

    You can purchase additional credits (\$1 each) that work with any plan. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits.

    Monthly credits (free + plan) do NOT roll over - they expire at the end of each billing period. Only purchased credits roll over (valid for 1 year).

    Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

    We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. ACH and wire transfers are available for Enterprise plans only.
