    InsureStack is optimized for desktop browsers. Mobile support is functional but limited. We recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience.

    Mobile optimization is planned for future updates.

    Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Integration credentials are encrypted separately with additional security layers.

    InsureStack follows industry-standard security practices and is compliant with data protection regulations.

    Yes. You can:

    More carriers are added regularly. Enterprise clients can request specific carriers to be prioritized.

    * **Commission statements:** PDF, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV

    For best results, use native digital files rather than scanned images.

    There is no hard limit on the number of policies you can compare side by side.

    However, we recommend **comparing no more than 4 policies at a time** for best readability and user experience.

    Yes. Upload a sample proposal with your logo, colors, and layout. InsureStack will extract your styling and use it for all future proposals.

    No. You can start with the **Pay as you Go plan** (10 free credits/month) without entering any payment information.

    Payment is only required when upgrading to a paid plan or purchasing additional credits.

    Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, then drop to Pay as you Go (10 free credits/month).

    Plans differ primarily in **monthly credit allocations**:

    * **Pay as you Go:** 10 free credits

    * **Team:** 2,010 credits + unlimited team members for \$999/month
    * **Enterprise:** Unlimited credits + integrations, custom pricing

## Team & Collaboration

    Team member invitations are available on **Team Plan (\$999/month)** and **Enterprise** only.

    Free, Plus, and Pro plans are single-user.

    You can grant or revoke access to specific modules for each team member:

    * Submissions
    * Quoting
    * Policies
    * Commissions
    * Integrations (Enterprise)

    Permissions are all-or-nothing per module (no view-only or edit-only).

    Yes. All team members draw from the organization's shared credit pool. Credits are organization-level, not user-specific.

    You cannot track which team member used which credits.

    Yes, but API access is available **only for Enterprise plans**.

    The API allows you to:

    Yes, via the **Enterprise plan**.

    Enterprise customers get:

    * CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
    * Accounting software sync (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
    * API access for custom integrations

    InsureStack uses advanced AI models to:

    1. Read policy PDFs and extract key information (limits, deductibles, premiums, exclusions, etc.)
    2. Parse commission statements to structure financial data
    3. Fill out carrier quote forms automatically from your documents
    4. Identify coverage differences and gaps ("wedges") between policies

    Extraction accuracy is high but always review critical details manually before sharing with clients.
