Can I get a refund if a quote fails or is declined?
No. Credits are consumed when a process reaches an end state: ‘succeeded’, ‘failed’, or ‘declined’.Failed and declined are end states that signify either the quote was declined by the carrier or there was missing information. We do not charge if the process is terminated midway without reaching an end state, even though we incur backend processing costs.We only charge when a process is completed to an end state.
How do I know how many credits each action costs?

Currently, credit costs per action are the same across all plans. The difference is how many credits you get each month.Higher plans provide better value through larger monthly allocations rather than discounted per-action costs.
What happens to purchased credits if I cancel my subscription?
They remain in your account and are still usable for 1 year from purchase. You’ll have access to them even on the free Pay as you Go plan.Learn more about purchased credits
Can I buy credits for someone else's organization?
No. Credits are tied to the organization and can only be purchased by someone with billing access in that organization.
Can I buy credits in bulk?
Yes. There’s no limit to how many purchased credits you can buy at once. They’re all valid for 1 year from the purchase date.Learn how to purchase credits
Why was I charged for a declined quote?
Declined quotes consume credits because the system completed the full process of filling out carrier forms and receiving a decline response. This is an end state.The decline typically means the risk is outside the carrier’s appetite or missing information was provided - not a system error.
You immediately receive the full monthly allocation for your new plan. Your billing cycle resets to start from the upgrade date.Any purchased credits are transferred, but previous monthly credits are forfeited.Learn more about upgrades
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
You have two options:

Can I track which team member used which credits?
No. Credits are organization-level, not assigned to individual users. You cannot track which team member consumed which credits.All team members draw from the shared organization credit pool.
What plans allow team members?
Pay as you Go, Plus, Pro: Single-user only (cannot invite team members)
Only Enterprise plans include custom integrations and API access.Lower plans (Pay as you Go, Plus, Pro, Team) do not have access to integrations or the API.

Monthly credits (free + plan) reset at the start of your billing period.Your billing period starts on the day you subscribed (or upgraded). For example:
If you subscribed on the 15th, credits reset on the 15th of every month
If you upgraded on the 20th, your new cycle starts on the 20th
Purchased credits don’t reset - they’re valid for 1 year from purchase.
Can I change my billing date?
Not directly. Your billing date is set when you subscribe or upgrade.If you want a different billing date, you’d need to cancel and re-subscribe on your desired date (not recommended due to potential disruption).
Do I get prorated refunds if I downgrade?
